Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a dedicated Junior Python Developer for a full-time position located in Mohali. As a Python Developer, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to support diverse projects in our portfolio. Your focus will include the development and maintenance of web applications and services, requiring a strong foundation in Python and related frameworks and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming language with a solid understanding of its standard library and ideal debugging practices.
• Experience with Django (Mandatory skill) for building robust web applications with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (Mandatory skill) for designing and optimizing complex database queries and schemas.
• Familiarity with Flask for building lightweight and robust web services and deploying on varied hosting platforms.
• Working experience with AWS services for deploying secure and scalable web applications and managing cloud infrastructures.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs to ensure smooth integration and data interchange across systems.
• Experience in MongoDB for storing and retrieving non-relational data, suitable for applications requiring flexibility in data models.
• Understanding and application of FastAPI for fast and effective development of high-performance web APIs.
