Commercial Advisor – Build Million-Dollar Holding Companies from Your Jurisdiction
Type : Freelance with strong potential for retainer or fixed compensation
Earning Potential : USD 3,000 to 20,000+ per month (performance-based)
The Role
Kimbocorp is looking for independent, motivated individuals who want to become the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)-equivalent of cross-border commercial advisory. You'll work closely with business owners, founders, professionals, and investors in your region to help them establish Singapore-based holding companies — one of the world's most trusted and efficient jurisdictions for asset protection, business scalability, and tax optimisation.
You will be a licensed advisor under Kimbocorp, helping clients :
- Create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses
- Structure shareholders and directors
- Sign early LOIs and prepare agreements
- Formalise their holding companies with full digital and advisory support
