Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Senior Software Engineers (Java) who love solving complex engineering challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong Java programming fundamentals , hands-on experience in microservices architecture , and deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Kafka .

If you enjoy building distributed systems, designing for scale, and working in modern cloud environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot .
  • Build robust, event-driven systems leveraging Kafka .
  • Write clean, testable, and performant code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Participate in code reviews , architectural discussions, and design improvements.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Contribute to CI / CD setup and automation in collaboration with platform teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java 8+ with deep understanding of OOPs concepts and data structures .
  • Minimum Experience required : 5yrs
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , RESTful APIs , and microservices architecture .
  • Experience with Apache Kafka (producer / consumer, schema registry, partitions, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency , and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized deployments (Docker) .
  • Experience working with MongoDB or any NoSQL database is desirable.
  • Familiar with Git , CI / CD pipelines , and Agile development practices.
