Government Projects Sales BDM

Looking out Business development Managers based out of Guwahati and will handle North East & West Favourable Specifications in Govt. Coordination with Govt. Contractors and Departments

Detailed Roles And Responsibilities : -

• Managing Mapped Architect / Consultant & Contractors
• Securing BOQ’s from Key accounts
• Generating Leads from Mapped Key accounts
• Closely work on RFPs and RFQs
• Create and update a database of current projects / prospective and current clients
• Product Presentation to Key accounts
• Close coordination with sales team for closure
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Handle Customer Complaints
• Prepare a daily visit report
• Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement
• Travel extensively to reach out to all key stakeholders in various Govt. Departments
