Responsibilities
Serve as a hands-on developer focused on Salesforce Loyalty Management .
Translate Product Owner requirements into technical solutions and deliverables, with a focus on execution.
Collaborate within a POD structure , working closely with product owners, admins, and other developers.
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Loyalty Management features to meet business needs.
Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices in all solutions delivered.
Support testing, deployment, and documentation of enhancements.
Qualifications
Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core development (Apex, Flows, LWC preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts and integrations.
Ability to work in agile teams and deliver in iterative cycles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Loyalty Management, Administrator, Platform Developer) are an advantage.
Optional Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with CI / CD tools for Salesforce.
Exposure to large-scale CRM implementations.
