The Global Supply Organisation is a multi-continental Function that comprises of the entire Value Chain from product conceptualization to delivery to the commercial front. Within the Global Supply Organization are included; Research & Development, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Role: Executive - Product Development

Base location: Pawane, Navi Mumbai, India

Reporting to : Manager - Product Development

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage end-to-end projects (NP, GE & Pack addition). Responsible for coordinating and executing various Legal, Technical, and Regulatory activities related to new product development and delivery.
• Track new innovative combinations approved by DCGI (India), analyze EXIM data, monitor products under development with third parties, and conduct local competitive intelligence.
• Evaluate project feasibility based on COGS and GP %.
• Prepare NPIF to initiate sourcing of new products in discussion with OU, collate information for proposals, and evaluate availability of sourcing data.
• Support coordination and follow-up with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of new products and product additions to the market as per planned timelines.
• Create FG codes by collecting relevant information from different departments and raising requests using SAP and EDUCE.
• Support the art team for internal packaging/artwork development forms by collecting vendor specifications and obtaining relevant departmental approvals for implementation.
• Follow up with the Supply Chain team for PR/PO release to vendors/production teams to track the status of product launches.
• Fill Change Control Forms (CCF) by providing the required details to QA, and follow up for approval and implementation of the required changes.
• Follow up on medical content and translations of leaflet content in French and Portuguese with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in creating the required MIS as per the defined timelines.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Development, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharmaceutical Operations .

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory processes
• Knowledge of DCGI regulations and approval processes
• Cost analysis and commercial evaluation (COGS, GP %)
• Working knowledge of SAP, EDUCE, and documentation systems
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
