About the Role :

  • The Data Analyst (CBO Team) will be the analytical backbone of LXME’s business operations ensuring every decision, dashboard, and discussion is powered by accurate, timely data.
  • This role owns end-to-end MIS, reporting, and performance visibility across all CBO functions from Sales and Distribution to Growth and Money Coach.
  • You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights, connect AUM and TPV to performance funnels, and ensure every business metric is measurable, comparable, and reliable.

What You’ll Build / Lead / Own :

  • Create, maintain, and automate daily / weekly / monthly MIS across sales, growth, and operations.
  • Build interactive dashboards for key business metrics like AUM, TPV, CAC, and conversion etc.
  • Ensure data hygiene, reconciliation, and accuracy across CRM, app, and backend systems.
  • Develop and standardize KPI and KRA tracking frameworks for business teams.
  • Prepare weekly insight reports and leadership decks to drive business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and Growth teams to ensure reporting consistency and alignment.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • 4–6 years' experience in fintech / BFSI analytics or business intelligence.
  • Hands-on with Advance Excel, Power BI or other visualization tools. SQL preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue reporting structures.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience building or maintaining KPI dashboards and leadership MIS.
