- Sales goals and quotas must be met or exceeded as mutually agreed
- Strong relationships with existing clients must be built and maintained, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues
- Accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and progress toward sales targets must be maintained using CRM systems
