Overview :
Rose International is seeking a strategic and experienced
Manager, Clinical Resource Delivery
to lead the development and implementation of compliant clinical staffing processes, including credentialing, licensing, and certification. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and regulatory alignment across healthcare staffing initiatives.
In addition to process leadership, the Manager will drive recruitment efforts to attract and engage top clinical talent—such as nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals—by crafting effective sourcing strategies and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Development & Monitoring
Design, implement, and continuously improve clinical staffing workflows, including credentialing and onboarding procedures. Monitor process effectiveness and ensure alignment with industry standards and internal goals.
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Manage the completion and renewal of healthcare staffing licenses at the state or jurisdictional level, ensuring full regulatory compliance and readiness for audits.
Certifications & Compliance Oversight
Lead efforts to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, including Joint Commission Certification, and ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations across jurisdictions.
Mentoring & Training
Provide ongoing mentoring and training to Recruiters and Resource Delivery Associates, focusing on best practices, compliance, and operational excellence.
Performance Monitoring & Feedback
Establish metrics and feedback loops to evaluate recruiter performance, identify gaps, and implement targeted coaching or process adjustments.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
Industry Experience :
5–10 years of experience in clinical staffing and healthcare recruitment.
Process Implementation :
Proven ability to develop and manage compliant staffing processes aligned with industry regulations.
Leadership :
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving initiatives and process improvements.
Regulatory Knowledge :
Familiarity with employment laws and healthcare staffing regulations.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse employment groups.
Preferred Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
