Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Author / Illustrator position. Responsibilities include developing and managing technical documentation, creating and revising user manuals, and collaborating with teams to understand technical content. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data management tools, ensuring that technical materials meet established quality standards and client requirements.

• Technical Documentation, Documentation, and creating user manuals
• Work with XML, DTD / Schema, and create customized stylesheets
• S1000D implementation and IETM development
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Communication, Engineering, or related area
• Arbortext, Isodraw, NavIETM softwares used
