About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology and business projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role requires deep project management expertise, proficiency in modern collaboration tools such as ZOHO Projects, Odoo (ODU), Asana, and Click Up, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Lead the entire project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, dashboards, and documentation using Asana, Click Up, and ZOHO Projects for effective tracking and visibility.
- Define goals, deliverables, success metrics, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
Technology Project Management
Manage software implementation, system integrations, and platform optimization projects across Odoo (ODU), ERP, CRM, and analytics solutions.Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of development and deployment cycles.Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Ensure compliance with quality standards, deployment protocols, and change management frameworks.Business Project Management
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans aligned with ASB’s strategic objectives.Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations to drive business transformation initiatives.Utilize ZOHO Projects and Asana for reporting, task management, and performance tracking.Present clear, data-driven progress updates and ROI reports to senior management.Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.Foster collaboration and accountability between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Balance multiple projects while maintaining focus on quality and outcomes.Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5–10 years of proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.Strong command of project management and collaboration tools, including :ZOHO Projects – project scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.Odoo (ODU) – ERP and business process management.Asana and Click Up – agile planning, milestone tracking, and productivity monitoring.Familiarity with other tools like Jira, Trello, or Monday.com is an advantage.Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.Key Attributes
