Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a unified content strategy across all platforms (website, blog, email, social media, etc.)
- Create and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, followers, and conversions
- Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and posting schedules
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to produce original and engaging content (e.g., posts, articles, videos, reels, stories)
- Monitor and analyze content and social performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices
- Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Respond to community engagement, comments, and DMs in a timely and brand-aligned manner
- Support paid social campaigns with organic strategies and content planning
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, PR, and other teams to support broader marketing initiatives
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketingStrong understanding of platform-specific content (e.g., TikTok vs. LinkedIn vs. Instagram)Excellent written, visual, and storytelling skillsFamiliarity with content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plusBasic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practicesCreative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong project management and organizational skillsA portfolio or examples of successful campaigns or content is a big plusSkills Required
