Job description10+ years of program / project management experience (startup, consulting, development sector, or government experience preferred). Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for regional development, innovation ecosystems, and community building. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / postgraduate preferred. Experience with diaspora engagement, economic development, or talent mobility programs is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the HomeComing program roadmap, including events, outreach campaigns, and engagement plans.
- Build relationships with NRI groups, alumni networks, industry bodies, government partners, and regional companies.
- Develop storytelling and communication campaigns to position the region as an emerging innovation hub.
- Drive community engagement through reunions, virtual showcases, and networking forums.
- Define KPIs, track progress, and submit periodic reports to leadership.
- Conduct market and talent research to strengthen program strategy.
