About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer with a strong grasp of motion concepts, interaction design, and finance user experience. In this job, you will be responsible for creating high-impact animations that enhance our banking products by making complicated concepts simple to comprehend and engaging for consumers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product designers, developers, and external stakeholders, to bring our digital experiences to life via engaging motion.

What You will do

• Design and create top-notch animations for user interface prototypes, micro-interactions and product explainers.
• Create smooth Lottie JSON or Rive animations for integration into web and app.
• You will be leading projects independently, either alone or working together with product designers and developers to turn complicated banking features into visually appealing animations.
• Ensure that motion language is consistent across products while keeping a strong brand identity.
