Role Overview :

As a Video Director, you will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and overseeing video projects that align with client goals and brand guidelines. You will manage a team of creative professionals, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and the delivery of outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualisation : Develop innovative video concepts and storyboards and pitch in collaboration with creative and BD teams, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
• Project Management - Plan, schedule, and manage all stages of video production, including pre-production, shooting, Scripting and post-production, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
• Directing : Direct video shoots, guiding talent and crew to achieve the desired creative vision and maintain high production quality.
• Production Oversight : Manage all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set supervision, and post-production editing.
• Collaboration : Work closely with producers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging, on-brand video content.
• Client Interaction : Present concepts, updates, and final cuts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the final product.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all video content is on-brand, engaging, and optimised for digital platforms (including social media, websites, YouTube, etc.), maintaining a high standard of technical and aesthetic quality across all outputs.
• Innovation : Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and digital storytelling techniques. Experiment with emerging formats, such as AR, VR, CGI, AI-generated video content, and interactive video content.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and other creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
