Key Responsibilities

Tender Preparation
: Prepare and submit tenders for commercial interior projects ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Cost Estimation
: Estimate project costs including materials labor and overheads.
Bid Management
: Coordinate bid processes analyze tender documents and ensure adherence to client requirements.
Contract Negotiation
: Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
Project Viability
: Assess project feasibility considering budget timeline and resources.
Collaboration
: Work with design procurement and project management teams for tender and project execution.

Requirements

Experience

: 5-7 years in tendering estimating or related roles in commercial interior contracting.

Education

: Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture / Construction Management) or relevant field.

Skills

: Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.

Software Proficiency

: Knowledge of estimating software MS Office and possibly BIM tools.
