Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets for Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL) products through open market sourcing and building strong business relationships.
- Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, channel partners, market references, and direct sourcing.
- Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring timely and accurate documentation, as per company policy and compliance norms.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned geography and build a healthy pipeline of customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly track loan disbursements and provide timely updates to customers and reporting managers.
- Maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other third-party channels to generate consistent business.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum Graduate in any stream.1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or loans (PL / BL).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet monthly business targets.Should be open to field work and local market travel.Skills Required
