About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AMS Manager (HCM) to lead and manage the
Application Management Services (AMS) team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of application
services for the clients. The AMS Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality
support, enhancements, and optimization capabilities, ensuring applications meet
business needs and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of AMS consultants to deliver AMS services across
various enterprise clients.
Conduct daily scrum meetings and oversee the day-to-day operations of AMS,ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
are consistently met.
Plan Onboarding of Client along with preparation and continuous enhancementof AMS account plan.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all AMS-related enhancements andissues, both internally and with clients.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduceincidents, and improve system stability and performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders CXOlevel, Product team, Integration team and Amplify team, to ensure alignment
with business goals.
Manage application lifecycle activities, including monitoring, updates, upgrades,patches, and troubleshooting.
Ensure process adherence and compliance of Release Management process.Prepare and present regular reports on AMS performance, trends, andopportunities for improvement.
Responsible for developing teams’ growth plan and capability improvementplan.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the AMSteam.
Key Requirements :
7+ years of experience in HR tech implementation, HR consulting, or HR roles .Undergraduate degree is mandatory. An MBA / master’s degree is preferred.Experience of managing teams is a must. History of dealing with seniorstakeholders like CXOs will be an added advantage.
Understanding HR or educational background in the same will be an addedadvantage.
Productivity tools like MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Ability to work with complexdatasets, validate data, and use tools like MS Excel and Project management
tools.
Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. JIRA, Happy Fox) and monitoringsystems.
