What You’ll Do
Manage HR operations : leave / attendance, employee records, assets, onboarding & offboarding.
Drive end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out.
Build employee engagement initiatives, collect feedback, and support retention strategies.
Administer benefits (health insurance, PF, wellness) and handle employee queries.
Address employee grievances and support fair, transparent conflict resolution.
Support performance reviews, training, and development programs.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in HR roles.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
Hands-on experience with talent acquisition.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
