Job descriptionOwn organization-wide system hygiene â dashboards, trackers, and SOPs. Collaborate with brand, design, and growth managers to align timelines and dependencies. Build Asana dashboards for weekly reviews and progress updates. Train teams on documentation, process discipline, and accountability culture. Handle cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and speed. Evaluate task quality, adherence, and efficiency metrics. Assist leadership with project planning, resource allocation, and tracking KPIs. Drive a continuous improvement culture with structured reviews. 3+ years of experience in operations or project management. Strong in process design, optimization, and execution. Skilled in Asana, Excel, or project tracking tools. Excellent communication and follow-through abilities. Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. Comfortable managing multiple teams and timelines. Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. Ownership of cross-functional processes and workflow design.
