JOB PURPOSE
Develop commercial strategy of targeted market area / applications for plastic additives
Drive & implement the sales plan.
Maximizing profit on product and application level by driving innovation and new product development that meets market demand.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Know Your Customers
Deliver revenues according to the budget
Improve forecast accuracy
Formalize agreements with customers
Initiate co-creation projects with customers
Prepare monthly reporting scorecards (both financial as well as on customer centricity) and provide recommendations
Contribute to the development of the business strategy in additive market
Lead the implementation of commercial plan in order to achieve the strategy defined and ensure alignment with long term goals
Set up, monitor and review competition landscape
Evaluate, define and prioritise market and customer opportunities in order to increase Richful's competitive position
Oversee the innovation and product portfolio of selected applications in order to cater to the market's demand
Manage the development of differentiated products or product improvements targeting new applications based upon defined customer and market needs
Define and implement the marketing communication strategy in cooperation with Group communication and Regions to position the applications, brands and products
Communications & Working Relationships
Internal
Work closely with Richful group, and Corporate technical and innovation centre in XinXiang to optimize the product mix according to the business plan
Work closely with China and regional colleagues to formulate and implement the cross regional sales and commercial plan
External
Liaise with key players in the relevant industry value chain
Work closely with relevant industry organizations to gather information in order to develop the image of Richful Lube Additive.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
University degree with preferably a post-graduate qualifications.
More than 10 years of relevant work experience in chemical & additives industry.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
10 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of relevant systems and processes
Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
Knowledge of legislation and regulations
Good understanding of chemicals and additives businesses
Consulting and coaching ability
Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to negotiate
Proficiency in English, Chinese is preferable
