Job Title : Lead QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead QA efforts for product releases, ensuring end-to-end testing coverage.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and ensure quality.
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Mentor QA team members and support knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release cycles to ensure quality at every stage.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of QA / testing experience in a product-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and basic SQL for data validation.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of product quality.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in SaaS product testing or large-scale consumer applications.
  • Exposure to performance / load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
