About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our technology team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in core banking solutions—especially Finacle, Islamic banking, and enterprise workflow / digital platforms. The role demands a strong understanding of both conventional and Islamic banking processes, along with hands-on expertise in implementing complex digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Expertise & Consulting

• Serve as the primary SME for Finacle Conventional Core, including Treasury and Trade Finance (TF) modules—covering configuration, customization, and process optimization.
• Act as the SME for Finacle Islamic Core (IFB), ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and supporting Islamic banking operations.
• Provide expert consultancy on integrating Finacle with digital channels and peripheral systems.

3. Customer Onboarding & Process Re-Engineering

4. Stakeholder Management & Mentorship
