This position reports to the Manager Customer Care and is part of the Customer Support Team located in Mumbai and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Efficiently handle the entire tender submission process (includes Government/private/ GEM tenders)

  • Prepare AMC / CMC quote, One Time Service visit quotes, spare parts quotes
    . Prepare MIS for Sales / Service quotes & orders

  • Order Processing - Order to Cash Process

  • Local Procurement

Qualification- Commerce Degree- (Graduate from other stream with expected experience will be considered)

Experience- 3-5 Years experience

Skills required -

.Strong communication and good inter-personal skills

.Able to work independently with minimum supervision

.Meticulous with a keen eye for details

.Keen learner, team player, highly self-motivated individual

.Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1-Foreign currency order handling

2-Handling Letter of Credits
