We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Finance with a strong background in the automobile industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive financial management, including monthly closures, MIS reporting, and stringent cost control. You will play a crucial role in cash flow management, budget control, and supporting various audits, ensuring robust financial health and compliance for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis : Oversee Monthly Closure related to books of account . Prepare and present Monthly MIS (Management Information System) presentations for management , providing key financial insights.
- Cost Management & Control : Implement stringent controlling over Variable & fixed costs . Conduct detailed Cost analysis and perform Profit variance analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Inventory & Audit Management : Take responsibility for Inventory control , including Inventory gap posting . Coordinate and support Internal, Statutory & tax audits .
- Strategic Financial Planning : Manage Cash flow management . Lead Budget & Business plan preparation & control . Support SAP improvements and conduct Trial controlling to ensure financial accuracy.
- Additional Responsibilities : Handle all aspects of Insurance handling . Conduct Conversion cost analysis to optimize production expenses.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, specifically within the automobile industry .Strong expertise in monthly financial closure and MIS reporting .Demonstrated ability in cost control, cost analysis , and profit variance analysis .Experience with inventory control and inventory gap posting .Knowledge of Internal, Statutory & tax audit processes.Proficiency in Cash flow management , Budget & Business plan preparation & control .Experience with SAP improvements and Trial controlling .Skills
