Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools, analytical ability, and a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, customer acquisition, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
Plan and manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient CAC (customer acquisition cost).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
2. Campaign Management
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Social, App Install, Remarketing, etc.).
Continuously A / B test ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
3. Analytics & Optimization
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and LTV to drive data-backed decisions.
Generate weekly / monthly reports and share insights with stakeholders.
4. Growth & Innovation
Identify new channels and growth opportunities (Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, Programmatic, etc.).
Stay updated with platform changes, digital trends, and best practices.
Implement automation tools for campaign efficiency and scaling.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Data Studio.
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or startup environments is a plus.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior and storytelling in ads.
Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
