Role Overview :
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion and revenue growth . You’ll manage a team of Associate SMs, BDMs, ABDMs, and Counsellors , driving performance, optimizing funnels, and scaling NxtWave’s reach across new territories.
What You’ll Do :
Own the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention)
Drive revenue forecasting, funnel optimization, and territory planning
Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams for consistent performance
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and execute growth plans
Ensure operational excellence and top-tier learner experience
What We’re Looking For :
3–6 years of proven Sales Leadership experience (EdTech / High-ticket B2C preferred)
Strong track record of managing multi-layered sales teams
Data-driven mindset with deep funnel management expertise
Excellent communication in English + one regional language (Malayalam / Odia / Hindi / Bengali / Gujarati)
