Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TA Partner – Volume Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in high-volume recruitment , specifically within the Gold Loan industry , and will be responsible for hiring field sales and operations roles critical to Rupeek’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Volume Hiring Execution

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles (sales / operations) in a high-volume hiring environment.
  • Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring plans.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status, pipeline, and challenges.

    • Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate quality .
  • Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making.

    • Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

    • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
  • Experience : 1–4 years of experience in volume hiring within the Gold Loan industry (Mandatory)
  • Core Competencies :
  • Proven ability to hire for field sales / operations roles at scale
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and end-to-end hiring workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced , target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office , applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms
