Healthcare Recruiter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare professionals.

Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for our clients in the US.
Manage the entire recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with healthcare professionals to assess their fit for open roles.

Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Stay up-to-date on healthcare rules and staffing trends in the US.

Manage interviews and track candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Meet recruitment targets and provide timely feedback to improve processes.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare.

1+ years of experience with US healthcare recruiting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Boolean search techniques.

Ability to source through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, and ATS platforms.

Good negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure.

Experience in license and certification verification.

Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and stipends.
