About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR / AP, and general ledger management .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) .
• Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger .
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections .
• Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings .
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities , including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance .
• Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
