Reddit Manager (Client Hunting & Outreach)

We are seeking a Reddit Manager to identify, engage, and convert potential clients through Reddit communities. The ideal candidate will understand Reddit culture, follow community guidelines, and use creative engagement strategies to generate qualified leads without spamming.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant subreddits where target clients are active.

Build authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions.

Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions, and demand signals.

Execute outreach strategies (DMs, comments, posts) while complying with Reddit rules.

Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities.

Collaborate with the sales / marketing team to align messaging.

Monitor subreddit trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience with  Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation .

Strong understanding of  Reddit culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules .

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit.

Experience in  client hunting, B2B / B2C lead generation, or social selling .

Familiarity with tools for  Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics  (nice to have).

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a  growth, business development, or community manager role .

Knowledge of  content marketing & outreach automation .

Ability to craft engaging posts that spark discussions.
