Job description

Manage and provide daily freight pricing support to the sales team and customers.
Handle rate inquiries from Steam Ship Liners, Air & LCL Co-loaders.
Maintain and update rate sheets based on service contracts.
Participate in service contract negotiations.
Communicate regularly with the sales team and customers to understand shipping needs.
Ensure timely retrieval, quotation, and submission of rates.
Manage bid/tender deadlines and ensure timely completion.
Analyze and secure competitive market rates through internal and external sources.
