Must-Have Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

Design and Implementation

Ability to architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise-wide endpoint management. Skilled in developing and deploying MDM / MAM policies to ensure secure device and application control.

Administration and Optimization

Proficient in managing device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Capable of monitoring and optimizing Intune performance for scalability and reliability.

Collaboration and Consultation

Acts as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders. Collaborates with security and business units to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.

Troubleshooting and Support

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint management challenges.

Documentation and Training

Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Intune configurations and best practices. Delivers training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users effectively.

Good-to-Have Competencies

Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD. Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and hybrid environments for seamless device lifecycle management.

Problem-Solving & Communication

Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
