Job Title : IT Recruiter (looking for diversity candidates)

Location : Pitampura, New Delhi

Work Mode : Onsite (Full-Time)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Timings : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Experience Required : 1 – 3 Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team at our Pitampura office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to close technical positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct initial technical screenings and coordinate interview processes.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).

Strong knowledge of technical skills and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
