HR Internship Opportunity
This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.
The selected candidate will be responsible for :
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview status
- Supporting in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings across various platforms
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Participating in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews, if applicable
This internship will provide valuable insights into the end-to-end recruitment process, allowing you to develop your skills in sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies.
