OUTDOOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Local Store Promotions :

• Plan and organize local BTL activities such as leafleting, canopy setups, van campaigns, roadshows, and sampling drives.
• Liaise with local authorities for required permissions for events or displays.
• Support new store openings with local marketing rollouts and pre-launch buzz.
• Identify and execute tie-ups with nearby businesses, residential associations, and community centers for local promotions.

Event Support & Activation :

• Coordinate on-ground jewellery exhibitions, mall kiosks, festive events, and sponsorships.
• Manage event logistics, branding setup, and customer engagement activities.
• Support influencer and celebrity visits at stores by managing crowd engagement and outdoor branding visibility.

Vendor & Budget Management :

• Maintain relationships with outdoor media agencies, printers, and activation partners.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate for cost efficiency.
• Monitor budgets and ensure spends align with approved allocations.

Monitoring & Reporting :

• Conduct periodic audits of outdoor media placements.
• Maintain reports on campaign visibility, audience reach, and ROI.
• Provide feedback and local insights to marketing management for future planning.
