We are growing and looking for a passionate HR Leader who can build people operations from the ground up and help us scale.
What You’ll Do
As the first HR hire at EMS, you’ll :
Drive end-to-end recruitment — tech, operations, field sales, creative teams
Build and implement HR policies, culture, and performance management frameworks
Ensure seamless onboarding & training for new team members
Maintain employee engagement, morale & team communication rituals
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, compliance & documentation
Support founders with people planning & org structure design
Act as a trusted partner for employees — listening, mediating & resolving issues
Lead employee branding & hiring campaigns with marketing / social teams
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of HR experience (startup experience preferred)
Strong understanding of recruitment funnels & HR compliance
Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — ability to work in a fast-paced startup
Knowledge of HRMS tools & modern hiring practices
