Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ITOM (mandatory) and experience in other ServiceNow modules like CPG and SAM Pro . The ideal candidate should have excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions end-to-end.
General Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Work independently or collaboratively within a global delivery environment.
- Interact regularly with clients to understand business processes and requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, user story creation, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the program team in tool functionality discussions.
- Ensure ServiceNow standard practices are followed in configuration and customization.
- Manage application deployment, configuration, and secure environment operations.
- Review and translate user stories into technical solutions with mock-ups and process documentation.
- Support integration and automation of ServiceNow workflows with third-party applications.
Technical Skills and Requirements
Mandatory : ServiceNow ITOM module development and configuration.Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration & Development – including application modules, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio, UI Builder, and catalog requests.Strong in JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5.Experience in Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG) – designing workflows, automation, and integrations across AWS and Azure environments.Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (SOAP, REST, scripted web services, connectors).Experience with CMDB / Discovery automation, MID Server administration , and Dev-UAT-PROD migration processes.Experience in multi-module implementation (ITOM, CPG, SAM Pro).Skilled in UI / UX design , wireframing, and documentation of user journeys.Excellent knowledge of DevOps tools (Git / Azure DevOps) and CI / CD pipelines .Strong understanding of data modeling , access control models, and technical workflow diagrams.Ability to deliver 4–6 ServiceNow projects end-to-end from requirement gathering to go-live.Soft Skills
