– FarmwalkRole Overview
The Business Development Associate will drive sales and conversions for Farmwalk’s luxury farm villa stays and farm tours across Delhi NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Karnataka. The role involves handling both inbound & outbound leads, understanding guest requirements, and ensuring seamless bookings through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Engage with potential customers through
Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls
Qualify leads, understand guest requirements, and recommend suitable farm villas or tours.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing detailed property / tour information and highlighting Farmwalk’s unique value.
1.Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for farm villa bookings and farm tours.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services (activities, dining, experiences).
Track and report daily sales activity and conversions.
2.Guest Experience & Relationship Building
Understand guest preferences (location, group size, budget, occasion) to suggest personalized options.
Build strong guest relationships, ensuring repeat bookings and referrals.
Act as the first point of contact until booking is confirmed and handed over to operations.
3.Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on Farmwalk properties and farm experiences across all destinations.
Develop an understanding of competitor offerings to better position Farmwalk.
Share guest insights with the team to improve offerings and packages.
4.Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaign leads.
Update CRM / lead management tools with accurate records of interactions.
Provide weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and challenges.
Requirements
Prior sales / business development experience in
travel agencies, hotels, or hospitality
is preferred.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and calling for guest engagement.
Customer-first mindset with ability to understand and match guest needs.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, NIFT Fashion, graphics
Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of
sales / business development experience
in a travel agency, hotel, or hospitality company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English & Hindi
(regional languages are a plus).
Comfortable working with
Instagram, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace
