Role Overview

We are hiring a Back Office Executive to support customer service, risk monitoring, compliance activities, and KYC processes. This role ensures smooth client operations and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries through phone, email, and chat.

Support account opening, documentation, and customer service requests.

Monitor trades, margins, and exposures in accordance with RMS policies.

Perform KYC verification, document validation, and compliance checks.

Maintain accurate records and update information in CRM systems.

Coordinate with Operations, RMS, Compliance, and Advisory teams for smooth service delivery.

Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in back office, customer support, RMS, or compliance roles.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and documentation handling.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
