Job descriptionImplement and manage the organizations performance management system, Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes, Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning. Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws, conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement, PMS, and employee relations.
