Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our

Global Order Centre

team in the

Spare Parts & Lubes Division . The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting domestic and export order management by analyzing operational data, tracking performance, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing order accuracy, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to order processing, inventory, delivery timelines, and fulfillment rates.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead times, and on-time delivery.

Identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential risks in the order management process.

Order Tracking & Reporting

Track the status of domestic and export orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into order performance.

Support management with data-driven reports on order volumes, backlogs, and fulfillment issues.

Process Optimization

Assist in identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies within the order management workflow.

Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.

Support enhancements in order management tools and ERP systems.

Customer Support

Help resolve customer inquiries and escalations related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.

Provide data-driven insights to improve service levels and overall customer experience.

Inventory Management Support

Analyze inventory data to ensure optimal stock levels for domestic and export demand.

Support coordination of supply chain activities to balance demand with inventory efficiency.

Required Skills

Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting

Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau)

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education / Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred :

Experience in automotive or spare parts order management.

Knowledge of export documentation and customs regulations.

Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
