About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Service Console, and Entitlements.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow to enhance Service Cloud functionality.
- Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work on automation, workflow rules, process builder, and advanced flows to streamline service operations.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in deployment, release management, and ongoing support activities.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.Strong knowledge of Case Management, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base.Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data model.Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations.Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred, not mandatory).Soft Skills
