We currently operate across 23 states in the United States. We are scaling rapidly with a high-performing remote team in India .

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources who is passionate about people success, employee engagement, and culture development in a completely remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Documentation

• Manage the complete employee life cycle — onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisals, and exit / offboarding.
• Maintain employee data, records, and workflows on Keka HRMS .
• Prepare and release offer letters, appraisal / hike letters, warning notices, rewards & recognition certificates, and relieving letters .
• Track attendance, leaves, holidays, employee documents, and compliance files .
• Build a High Performance Culture at InstaService via initiatives.
