Role : Sr Talent acquisition specialist / Assistant Manager

About The Role :
We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional for our Product & Engineering hiring. The professional is expected to have expertise in end-to -end recruitment i.e sourcing across channels, (which includes market mapping), strong stake holder management and candidate management. This role requires person to work on requirement across levels and across regular and niche skills.
What’s Expected of You :
Market understanding : The role requires you to understand our business, business need and the market which will require market intel ( MI) conversation with business and research through different channels.
Hiring strategy : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Create and implement innovative and effective sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Strong stake holder management : Strong connect with the business covering market information, sharing market insight about the talent availability, collaborate with hiring managers, HOD to fulfil the role.
Data management and ATS : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to make data-driven improvements to the talent acquisition process.
Candidate connect : You will be required to build strong connect with the candidates in pipeline and update ATS messaging to candidates to whom we are not able to offer opportunity as per their expertise.
