PGC Digital is looking for an experienced HR Operations Head to lead and streamline all People Success operations across the organization. If you’re passionate about performance management, HR governance, systems, and building high-impact HR processes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end annual appraisal cycles (KRA / KPI setup, assessments, calibration, compensation fitment).
- Drive monthly performance reviews , scorecards, PIPs, and capability-building initiatives.
- Implement and track OKRs / KRAs and monthly milestones using tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Own HRMS operations including GreytHR PMS, timesheets, attendance, leave governance, onboarding, exits, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, ISO / SOC compliance , and audit readiness.
- Conduct structured employee 1 : 1s, handle escalations, and facilitate HR Connects with leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Operations Associates to ensure seamless execution.
Skills & Must-Haves
Mandatory : Strong hands-on experience with GreytHR , including the PMS module.Solid understanding of KRAs / OKRs , appraisal governance, and performance frameworks.Expertise in HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and HR reporting (Excel / Google Sheets).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a disciplined, data-driven approach.Strong attention to detail and process orientation.Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP roles .Experience in IT, SaaS, Consulting, or Digital Services is preferred.MBA / PGDM in HR.Why Join Us?
