Job Description
The Sales Manager – Ceramic Fiber Products will be responsible for driving business growth across key industrial sectors by promoting ceramic fiber solutions such as blankets, boards, modules, and papers. The role requires strategic sales planning, technical understanding of insulation products, and coordination across departments to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for ceramic fiber products.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, client visits, and participation in tenders.
- Collaborate with Technical, Operations, and Erection teams to ensure alignment of specifications and pricing.
- Prepare and submit technical-commercial offers; negotiate and finalize orders with customers and contractors.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CAD, Purchase, Logistics, and Factory) for BOQ approval, dispatches, and project execution.
- Manage customer billing, advance collections, and follow-up for balance payments.
- Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
