Job descriptionIntegrate architectural, landscape, urban design, and infrastructure components into Ensure alignment of master plans with market requirements, design intent, and Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, engineering, finance, and Review and ensure master plans meet statutory norms, zoning regulations, Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and external agencies for approvals and Coordinate with architects, landscape consultants, traffic engineers, and infrastructure Conduct and facilitate design charrettes, workshops, and review meetings with Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior planners and design Ensure timely delivery of master planning deliverables within defined budget and Review drawings, reports, 3D visualizations, and presentations for accuracy and Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives in master planning processes and Approved and coordinated master plans for all assigned projects. Design documentation, concept reports, and presentation decks. Regulatory submissions and compliance reports. Project progress reviews and stakeholder reports. Timeliness and quality of master plan deliverables. Compliance with zoning, regulatory, and sustainability standards. Stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration effectiveness. Number of innovative and sustainable planning solutions adopted. Bachelors / Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design / Planning from a reputed Minimum 10–15 years of experience in master planning or large-scale urban Strong understanding of zoning laws, development regulations, and infrastructure Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS tools, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent presentation, analytical, and coordination skills. Experience working with real estate developers, design firms, or urban planning
