Role & responsibilities
- Coordinating and overseeing L&P related activities and assignments.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates and ensures compliance in accordance to company policies.
- Tracking and monitoring future expiry of Licenses and coordinating for its timely renewals.
- Monitoring of L&P work allocated to field team on a weekly basis.
- Effective and efficient implementation and uses of L&P tool while creating reports for tracking.
- Reviewing and maintaining the quality and accuracy of License activities, verifying documents in L&P tool for its
- approval.
- Visiting to site, coordinating with operation team, and verifying Licenses Conditions at site.
- Helping & Guiding stakeholders to maintain compliance requirements.
- Verifying documents and payment receipts uploaded to L&P tool and executing approval.
- Developing Training Material for Stakeholders / Hub Managers and arranging training Program on License understanding, Compliance
- Interacting with Govt authorities & visiting authorities for L&P procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
LLB with 6+ years of Experience in Relevant Acts / Rules / Local regulations affecting License application, requirements and its compliance.Excellent Verbal and written communication skillExpertise on dealing with stakeholders including Govt authorities.Decoding Acts / Rules / Local RegulationsDrafting Research Papers, Letters, Policies and ProceduresManpower Management for their optimum performanceReady & Open for travelShould have networking & stakeholder management skillsSkills Required
