Role Overview

Supercouple is seeking an empathetic and creative Psychology Intern to help advance our AI-powered relationship app through impactful research, engagement, client pitching, and activation programs. This internship is perfect for psychology students eager to combine practical learning with hands-on event and client-facing experiences, making a difference for couples and communities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and conducting case studies and observational research on relationship dynamics, mental health, and well-being within Supercouple's user base.
  • Contribute new ideas to app modules : help develop gamified psychological interventions, wellness content, and user assessment tools.
  • Work with product / tech teams to bring psychological expertise to feature design, content writing, and user experience research.
  • Undertake psychological assessments, compile case histories, and support campaign and therapy-focused in-app resources.
  • Collaborate with therapists, wellness experts, and creative teams to enhance empathy, user engagement, and wellness for couples.
  • Pitch Supercouple's offerings (app features, wellness programs, partnership opportunities) to prospective clients—including therapists, agencies, and corporate HR—using clear, engaging presentations and research-backed insights.
  • Design, organize, and conduct activation programs and workshops for corporates and institutions aimed at couple bonding, relationship well-being, and app promotion.
  • Develop engaging, evidence-based workshop content and interactive activities.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate group sessions to drive active participation and awareness.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to measure program impact and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team brainstorming, feedback sessions, and help build a positive culture at Supercouple.

    • Essential Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed BA / BSc / MSc in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Counseling, or related fields.
  • Creative thinker with strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills—including presentation, pitching, and group facilitation abilities.
  • Interest in relationship counseling, assessment, wellness, research, and client engagement.
  • Content writing or copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time, solve problems, show initiative, and facilitate dynamic group experiences.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for remote work and collaboration with other team members.
